Standard subroutines

Standard subroutines are designed to calculate additional fields after the main simulation in QForm UK.

To add a standard subroutine to the calculation, click Add standard subroutine in the Subroutines tab of the Initial data panel. After that, select the required subroutine and press OK.

01_subroutines_standard

The fields calculated using standard subroutines are added to the Fields list in the Field Selection Panel.

Information

In the selection window for standard subroutines, some subroutines are marked with the icon 01_User_subroutines. Such subroutines require either a license featureExtra package of standard subroutines or other specialized license feature, for example: Grain size evaluation, Sheet-bulk forming

Surface flow analysis

A set of fields for evaluating possible defects on the workpiece surface

Temperature analysis

A set of fields for analyzing temperature changes in a workpiece

Flow lines outcrop

A set of fields for analyzing the angle at which a given initial fiber exits the surface of a workpiece

Pressure

A set of fields for analyzing pressure and friction at the contact

info

Information

Specialized subroutines are available when modeling an operation with the Extrusion type

Fields calculated using standard subroutines can be used in post-processor user subroutines. In this case, the required standard subroutine will be automatically added to the list of calculated subroutines if a field of one of the standard subroutines is requested in the code.
