The subroutines are available in early access mode as the simulation mode algorithm is already implemented, but work on the user subroutines is not completed

 

With the help of the subroutine, the center of pressure on the workpiece side is calculated for each tool/workpiece at each simulation step.

The subroutines saves the simulation results for each tool into a separate text file.

File with a template name "SBR-{номер операции}-{номер удара}-tool{номер инструмента}.csv' is saved in the *.data folder of the current project

Simulation principles

The coordinates of the die pressure center are calculated using the following formulas:

Where:

06_pressure_center - coordinates of the die pressure center for the tools;

05_pressure_center - coordinates of the i-th workpiece node in contact with the tool;

04_pressure_center - scalar product of the nodal force vector in contact with the tool by the unit vector of the tool motion direction;

 

After the simulation, the csv-file can be opened in Excel. The results will be presented in this form:
