QForm UKphase transformation module is designed for simulating heat treatment processes of alloys with polymorphic transformations. For example, steels, titanium and nickel alloys.
Basic simulated processes:
- Heat treatment processes (quenching, tempering, annealing, etc.);
- Phase transformation during deformation processes.
To enable the module, you must activate the corresponding checkbox in the workpiece parameters.
The module allows optimization of heat treatment processes, including:
- Parameters optimization of the heat treatment operation mode to obtain the required performance properties;
- Adjust the temperature and duration of the process in order to increase productivity.
